The living area consists of an open plan lounge, dining and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge has a comfortable suite, TV with satellite DSTV & TNT satellite TV. TNT satellite TV caters for the European and Asian guests. CD and DVD player. A beautiful well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops; a refrigerator/Freezer; microwave; under-counter oven; gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher. It has a modern up to date range of small appliances, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glass-ware. There is also laundry equipment i.e. Ironing board.

The Patio
There is a large patio with gas BBQ that is surrounded by floor to ceiling sliding glass panels that open up completely and can also be closed when the weather turns. There is a corner that is furnished with comfortable rattan easy chairs and tables. The dining table and 6 chairs are on this patio. A corner unit topped with granite provides additional storage space and houses an extra fridge.
